Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial, and you will not miss it. The geo-grid audit is free and needs no card, so you see your real rank across the city before you pay anything. When you subscribe you are month to month and can cancel in one click.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no contracts and no lock-in. You can cancel from your account and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Plans are billed monthly and fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods — that is exactly why the audit is free and there is no contract, so you can see what you are buying first and cancel anytime. What if I need more locations than my plan includes?
Each plan includes a set number of locations on one flat monthly price: Starter 1, Pro up to 3, Agency up to 5 — there are no per-location add-on fees. If you grow, upgrade to the next plan. Need more than five locations? Email support@rankpin.app and we'll sort it out.
Will my card be charged for the free audit?
No. The geo-grid audit is always free and never asks for a card. You only enter payment details if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
